THE
SKREPPERS
Ville (as Lux Airam), Migé (as Miguelo) and Lily (as
Daniel Lioneye) sing backing-vocals on some songs of the Skreppers
album "Hedonist Hellcats" (out August 26th 2002). Ville
has also written some lyrics for the song "Soon Someone Is
Crying". Some members of the band are also part of the Daniel
Lioneye, sideproject of Lily, Ville and Migé.

& THE SKREPPERS
Ville did backing vocals for the new Skreppers album "The
Call Of The Trash" on the following tracks: "Doctor Feelgood",
"Let's Die Together Sheena", "Jesus Saved My Sexlife"
and "5 Shake It Baby". The album was recorded at the Karillo
Studios in Porvoo, Finland 2004. The album was released on August
25th 2004.

SALEM
Black Salem is a band, which band-members are Lux Airam (Ville),
Miguelo (Migé) and Daniel Lioneye (Linde). On September 07th,
2002 Black Salem played in Tavastia Klubi as a support band of The
Skreppers. Black Salem played there 6 new, yet unknown and unreleased,
HIM songs: "Buried Alive By Love", "Beyond Redemption",
"Sweet Pandemonium", "Soul On Fire", "The
Sacrament", "The Funeral Of Hearts". Before the show
Ville explained that the guys use this name temporarily, because
of disagreements of HIM and HER. |

MOTOR CORPORATION
Ville did backing vocals for the track "Love Me" (album "Saturnalia"
released in 2004).

| STRATOVARIUS
Gas and some other metal-drummer appear on the first solo-album
of Stratovarious-frontman Timo Kotipelto. The name of the album
is "Waiting For The Dawn", Gas plays on the titletrack
and on "Arise".

Ville sings backing-vocals on the album of The Mission, the

Progressive Rock-Band Five Fifteen. The album is called "Death
Of A Clown" (out July 20th 2001), Ville sings on "The
Prostitute" and "Seasons Of The Witch". His voice

HIM, in 2000, recorded a cover version of the song "Rendez-Vous
with Anus" for a tribute-album to Turbonegro, "Alpha Motherfuckers"
(out June 26th 2001).

DOOM
HIM used that band name for their gig as warm-up for The 69
Eyes on May 25th 2001 at Tavastia Klubi in Helsinki. They played
some songs from "Deep Shadows & Brilliant Highlights"
and some songs (in new version) from "Razorblade Romance"
and "Greatest Lovesongs Vol. 666". This
band name is mentioned on the "Pretending" MCD. The booklet
of "Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights" writes as follows:

but you can't really hear him, because there are several other background

In 1998, Ville recorded three songs (Ikkunaprinsessa, Paratiisi
and Jykevää On Rakkaus) with the finnish folk band "The
Agents", which were published on two albums.

The song "Valo Yössä" (= "Light in
the night") is a cover of Tuomari Nurmio, it was recorded for
a tribute album for him. Ville has recorded this songs as a present
for his dad.

Ville has performed two Metallica's songs together with the
finnish metal band Apocalyptica on one of their gigs: "Escape"
and "Sanitarium" (1996). Also Ville sings together with
Lauri Ylönen from The Rasmus on the single "Bittersweet".

On the DVD of the Finnish band Nightwish, "From Wishes
To Eternity - Live", Ville can be seen for some seconds, introducing

EVIL: APOCALYPSE soundtrack
Roadrunner Records released a soundtrack album to the Sony Pictures
movie "Resident
Evil: Apocalypse", which opened in the US September
10th, 2004. HIM is featured on the soundtrack with "Join Me
(In Death)".

SEPARATE THE FLESH FROM THE BONES
Gas plays together with Pasi Koskinen and Niclas Etelävuori from
Amorphis in the band To Separate The Flesh From The Bones. His name
in the band is Pus Sypope. The album is called "For Those About
The Rot". |

JEFF
WALKER
Gas and Ville take part in the recordings of former Carcass frontman
Jeff Walker, who's currenty recording a solo album consisting exclusively
of country and blues covers from artists including Skeeter Davis,
Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, John Denver and Connie Smith. Among Gas
and Ville Walker has already recorded contributions from former Carcass
guitarist Firebird frontman Bill Steer (lead guitar, harmonica, slide
guitar, vocals), Amorphis guitarists Esa Holopainen and Tomi Koivusaari
(guitars), keyboardist Santeri Kallio (keyboards) and bassist Niclas
Etelävuori (bass). Walker also plans to enlist Cathedral vocalist
Lee Dorrian, ex Faith No More bassist Billy Gould, members of fellow
Liverpudlians Anathema, and former Carcass drummer Ken Owen as part
of the project. Although Walker hopes to release the record sometime
next year, a suitable label for the record has yet to be determined.
Walker had also a guest appearance for the sideproject "To Sepereate
the Flash from the Bones" where Gas took part. |

Ville sings in "The Byronic Man" track around 3 minutes
and 45 seconds in. The song is on the Cradle Of Filth album "Thornography".
The album was released on October 13th 2006. |

SYNKKIEN
LAULUJEN MAA
At the end of November 2006 will be released a new album with melancholic
finnish songs called "Synkkien Laulujen Maa", some top finnish
artist will sing on that album including Ville Valo that will sing
on two songs: one song from Tapio Rautavaara and "Täällä
Pohjan Tähden Alla" duet with Kari Tapio (in the pix). |

SUMMER
WINE
Ville has recorded a song, called "Summer Wine" (it's a
cover), with german soap opera star Natalia Avelon for the movie "8
Miles High", which tells the story of a groupie called Uschi
Obermaier in the 60s/70s. It'll come out on January 26th, 2007. The
